Loon on lake

A mono print of a look on a north woods lake. This print was made using traditional linoleum print making techniques, I hand sketched the design and then carved away the negative space. Then using printing ink covered the stamp I had created and hand press it on to the paper. This design was inspired by my countless canoe trips in Lake of the Woods, Minnesota.

This print is simple yet elegant and looks great in any home or cabin.

Please note that due to the nature of the hand printing process, there are slight variations between each print. It is a characteristic of linocut art and makes each one unique.
